researchPeople with Parkinson’s often have difficulties in concentrating, in switching between two tasks, and in trying to do two things at once. After a neurological illness such as stroke, some people may be helped to concentrate by suitable training, but it is not known to what extent this can occur in people with Parkinson’s.
