The report , “Illustrating Ageing in Ireland north and south – Key Facts and Figures”, compiled by the Centre for Ageing Research and Development in Ireland, was launched on Monday 25th January 2010.
The event was held in Radisson Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin. It will started with an overview of the research findings and a discussion of the implications for ageing research priorities - Chaired by Professor Bob Stout.
Professor Brendan Whelan, Research Director of TILDA, the Irish Longitudinal Study of Ageing and Professor Bernie Hannigan, Director of Health and Social Care, Research & Development (NI) will provide commentary presentations.
