This CARDI research briefing highlights key research findings in the area of acess to goods, facilities and services and looks to lessons from other countries, including the Republic of Ireland, where age discrimination in provision of goods, facilities and services have been prohibited since 2000 through the Equal Status Act 2000 – 2004. It aims to inform ageing research on inequality, legislation and add to existing discussion.
