Connected Health in Ireland: An All-Island Review
This report, from BioBusiness Northern Ireland delves into the activities currently underway in Ireland in the area of Connected Health. The report illustrates activities within academia highlighting key contacts, research centres, collaborative projects and initiatives. Business activities and key focus areas are also detailed. The aim is to highlight some of the early clinical adopter active in this space as well as primary, and secondary care centres including hospitals. In addition charitable organisations were also engaged as appropriate. The intention was also to cover various government initiatives in the connected health area across Ireland. From an international perspective a number of countries are spearheading the implementation of connected health services and some best in class example projects are included.
