- The Epidemiological Prospective Study "Crystal" has 611 participants of community dwelling elderly.
- Measurements: Anthropometry, medical history, nutritional status, physical performance battery, ADL, grip strength, spirometry, renal function, blood samples investigations, echocardiography, GDS-15, MMSE and sense of coherence.
- 1st Stage: First stage is completed. The results are submitted as an paper in the JAGG. We are looking for the cooperation for second and third part. The goal of collaboration may be nursing training for interventions and nurse as researcher. Also the natural history of dementia and frailty might be the subject of collaborative research.
- 2nd Stage: Is the intervention for frail, prefrail, malnurished and those who are in the risk of malnutrition. After intervention the measurements will be repeated.
