Choosing a care home for a loved one is one of the most difficult decisions you can make.
However daunting, it can be made easier if you are equipped with the correct information.
As part of National Care Homes Week a free conference is being held in Manchester entitled 'Placing a relative in care'.
The event aims to give you all the essential information you need to assist a relative make the tough decision to reside in a care home.
Guest speakers at the half day conference will discuss an array of important subjects including funding and how to select a care home for a relative.
You will hear the views of a care home resident and relative. Care home providers, exhibiting at the event, will answer your questions.
Entry for the conference is free, but places are limited and must be booked in advance.
