"Gone but not forgotten": New photo exhibition set to be launched
The Centre of Excellence for Successful Ageing (CESA) at St. James's Hospital, Dublin will host a new photographic exhibition entitled "Gone but not forgotten: A community perspective" from June 23rd until July 16th.
The exhibition is a collaboration between Nicholas of Myra Community Centre, Dublin 8 and the Department of Medicine for the Elderly, St. James’s Hospital and will be launched on Wednesday 23rd June at 6pm in the main concourse of the hospital.
The exhibition falls under the Creative Life Pillar of CESA's which aims to promote and highlight the creativity of older people and enable them to express themselves through creative activities such as photography, art, music and drama. It also includes working closely with local community groups and other organisations to exploit and contribute to the rich community and creative resources around St. James’s Hospital.
