The Manager as Leader of Dementia Practice, Belfast
This specialist leadership course aims to support those in a supervisory, leadership or management role to create a positive culture of care within dementia services. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their current style of management and leadership, and to assess their own personal effectiveness in terms of theory and experience. The course uses Kouzes and Posner's '5 Exemplar Leadership Practices' as the framework for development.
Course format: 4-day experiential course. Participants must complete all 4 dates at one venue.

Grant aid is available to participants within Northern Ireland and may be available for participants from Scotland.
