The European Forum on Ageing Research presents the 9th ERA-AGE Forum Meeting:
“Ageing Policy and Research in the New Member States”
Registrations are still open for this European Forum dedicated to the development of research capacity in the ageing field in the New Member States of the EU.
The aim of the meeting is to exchange experiences and discuss and share good practice relating to ageing research and ageing policy from around Europe. The latest programme, including discussion group topics, is attached.
Co-hosted by the European Research Area in Ageing and UEFISCDI, the Romanian Executive Agency for Higher Education and Research Funding, the event has four objectives:
1. To engage representatives from the NMS in discussion about ageing research in Europe
2. To introduce participants to the work of ERA-AGE, FUTURAGE and other European initiatives
3. To learn about ageing in the New Member States
4. To share good practice
The programme mixes plenary presentations with panel and group discussions.
