The British European Seniors Group London conference
The British European Seniors Group is inviting people to join them for a one day conference on Thursday 22nd July 2010 at The Brady Arts & Community Centre, 192-196 Hanbury Street, Stepney, London E1 5HU.
The theme of the day is “Old But Not Out” and speakers include Ken Bluestone, International Political and Policy Adviser to Age UK, Lynn Chesterman, Chief Executive, The Grandparents Association and Nigel Houghton, Managing Director, Simplicity Computers.
The group is affiliated to the European Senior Citizens Union based in Brussels, and its intentions are to invite members in small groups as and when appropriate to attend meetings in various places in Europe. These visits will be entirely self funding.
These meetings are arranged in conjunction with ESCU members and their Governments, which puts us in a priviledged position to become quests.
The cost of the conference will be £20.00 per person - for more information, contact 01482 657500 or email seniors.bseg@btinternet.com.
