Details An opportunity to hear the important lessons learned from the Practicalities and Possibilities programme, talk directly to people who have been making changes, and to be part of themed practical sessions.
The conference will launch the new Practicalities and Possibilities materials capturing these lessons and examples of ‘what works’ for older people, services and organisations.
Workshops will include
