Aim:
The College of Occupational Therapists is responding to the public health guidance issued by NICE, and has been running a series of events to assist occupational therapists in rolling out the guidelines in England. Whilst NICE public health guidance may not be adopted in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, the guidance does offer some key message and opportunities for occupational therapists working across the UK.
Delegates will explore the opportunities open to occupational therapists to work within the active ageing agenda. At these interactive study days, delegates will consider the impact of the guidance on their practice.
Venue Information:
2 June: Iris Murdoch Building, University of Stirling, Scotland
3 June: Northern Ireland Science Park, Belfast
4 June: Glyndwr University, Wrexham, Wales
