Transforming services to maintain independence for service users across social care health and housing
This conference will focus on residential care and care in the home and community. Key topics will include:
- Joint-working with health and the voluntary sector
- Service-user involvement
- Examples of building community capacity at a local level
- National Dementia Strategy
- Showcasing examples of best practice
This event will be aimed at Senior social work practitioners working with people with dementia, Managers and Senior staff working in residential and nursing homes for older people and people with dementia, and allied professionals working with people with dementia.
