Be ahead of the game and join us in leading the debate on health in the workplace.
We have a unique opportunity for you to learn how to improve the health and wellbeing for all your workers. The session will cover:
· The changing demographics
· Research on health & wellbeing and why it is important
· Some of the causes attributed to ill health
· What employers and employees can do
· Best practice and employer experiences
The Government is pre-occupied with the impact an ageing population has on the provision of healthcare in the UK. The changes to retirement together with financial pressures placed on individuals will inevitably result in the number of people over 65 in your workplace increasing. This will bring with it an increase in requests for reasonable adjustments. The best employers are already working on getting their younger employees thinking about being healthier for longer. Other employers will want to follow suit particularly when they realise the need to retain people in the workplace.
Cost: £60+VAT for EFA members, £90+VAT for non members
