Delivering Person Centred Outcomes for Quality Improvements

The IAH is pleased to host this workshop which will give participants an overview of the RCC HS (Resident Centred Care Home Standard) and how it can be used to achieve continuous quality improvement in relationship based person centred care. The RCC HS is a new initiative, which is attracting national interest and support.
The workshop is for care home managers, professional staff, team leaders and others responsible for defining and creating person centred environments and relationship based personalised care for older people. It will review and explain the RCC HS and will give participants the opportunity to adopt the tool to their own environment.
